Shipping policy

As a small business we are dedicated to providing the best service we can to our customers and we appreciate that great customer service is as important as great products. We will aim to assist with any questions you have and if you need anything in extra quick time we will do our best to facilitate this although please note this is not always possible.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE Local Delivery Free local delivery within SW18 & SW19 (except for large furniture items-please select the paid option). Delivery within 3-5 working days.

N.B. this option is not eligible on accelerated checkout methods other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout. If the customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, then sadly the delivery option is not available.

Standard Delivery - £5.95 fully tracked and signed for to ensure safe arrival. 

TIMINGS:

We advise our customers to allow 3-5 working days for delivery. You can obtain the tracking number and any other information by dropping us an email. 

We are unable to ship outside of the U.K. at present but will of course let you know as soon as we are able to facilitate this.
